Kenosha, Wis. – VCB junior riders Peter Bock and Emma Ives were crowned state champions at the 2009 Wis. State Track Championships held in August. Each won their respective boys and girls 10-12 category omnium event. Jonathon Hippert also netted a silver medal in the 10-12 omnium.
